Who Are We?

A quiet residential neighborhood with almost 700 homes, Hutchinson Hills & Willow Point is located in Southeast Denver between Tamarac Square and the Denver Technological Center (DTC). Tamarac Drive creates the west border, Yosemite Street on the east, Hampden Avenue to the north and Quincy Avenue pulls up the southern border. Residents here spend warm summer days enjoying Rosamond Park, set amongst beautiful mature landscaping, while benefitting from the ultimate in commuter convenience. Developed in the early 1960s, ranch, two-story and bi-level homes dominate the wide, treelined streets here. The homes’ exteriors maintain their classic charm with brick or wood façade, pitched-roof construction, attached two car garages, picture windows adorning the front, and sliding glass doors leading to large back patios.

Beautifully maintained, Hutchinson Hills & Willow Point is a coveted spot. Within two miles of the neighborhood are movie theaters, grocery and big box stores, a plethora of restaurants, bike paths to the Cherry Creek Reservoir and Downtown Denver, and easy access to highways I-25 and I-225. Recreational opportunities abound with Rosamond Park—located just west of the neighborhood—which features walking trails, a soccer field, football/lacrosse field, a playground with basketball courts, a river stream, four tennis courts, and flower beds maintained by the Rosamond Park Garden Club.
